Wilderness Pulls

 Yesterday I celebrated the absence (2+ years of pain) of my plantar fasciitis by running - and then happily stumbling the uphill return - through the Sespe Wilderness for some 15 miles... A day that has been looooooooooooooooooong awaited! Nice to feel whole again. Some vicarious views and auditory motivation...
